General principles
We process personal data only where this is necessary to provide the website, communicate with users, perform pre-contractual or contractual measures, comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate interests.
The legal bases include Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR for consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for contracts or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR for legal obligations and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for legitimate interests.
Hosting and technical delivery
When this website is accessed, technical data may be processed automatically by hosting or infrastructure providers. This can include IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer URL, browser, operating system, transferred data volume and HTTP status code.
This processing is required to deliver the website, maintain security and stability and analyze technical errors. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Contact
If you contact us by email, phone or a contact form, we process the data you provide to handle your request. This can include name, email address, phone number, message content, time of contact and technical transmission metadata.
For launch, public contact and project forms are used only to send an email notification to DMP. The purpose is to respond to inquiries and prepare possible project communication. The data categories can include name, email address, message, company, budget, timeline, service interest and project details if provided.
Form submissions are not stored in a website database for the launch setup. They are transmitted by email only and are retained in the mailbox only as long as necessary to handle the inquiry or as required by legal retention duties.
For email delivery, mailbox hosting and handling of incoming messages, DMP uses Host Europe GmbH and Microsoft 365 Email Essentials. In this context, message content, sender and recipient addresses, email headers, routing information and technical metadata may be processed in the systems of Host Europe and Microsoft. The providers are used for technical delivery, mailbox storage, spam and abuse protection and handling of the inquiry.
The providers are used on the basis of the required data processing agreements. Where personal data is processed outside the EU or EEA by Microsoft, Microsoft relies on appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, according to its data protection terms.
Depending on the request, processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for pre-contractual communication or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for legitimate interests in responding to inquiries. If explicit consent is requested in individual cases, processing may additionally be based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Cookies and comparable technologies
This website may use technically necessary cookies, local storage or comparable technologies for functions such as language settings, security, session handling or consent preferences.
Non-essential analytics, marketing technologies or external media are used only where a valid legal basis exists, including consent where required.
Analytics and external media
This website currently does not use analytics tools that enable personal tracking of visitors. If analytics are introduced later, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
External content such as videos, maps, social media content or interactive widgets may transmit data to third-party providers when loaded. Where legally required, such content is loaded only after consent or active user interaction.
The ElevenLabs VoiceBot is an external AI voice and chat service where it is enabled on a service page. It is not loaded on initial page view. It loads only after the user opens the VoiceBot area and explicitly starts the demo. If activated, conversation and audio data may be transmitted to and processed by ElevenLabs to provide the AI voice/chat function.
Projects, customers and business communication
When customers, prospects, suppliers or partners communicate with us, we process the data needed for project handling, offers, contracts, invoicing and business communication.
Business and tax-relevant documents are retained in accordance with statutory retention periods.
Your rights
Data subjects have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority under the statutory conditions.
Privacy requests can be sent to info@medienagentur-dmp.de.
Security and retention
We take technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. These measures are adjusted according to the state of the art, implementation costs and the risk involved.
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the relevant purposes, unless legal retention obligations, legitimate interests or consent justify longer storage.
