Purpose of StreakZZ
StreakZZ is a habit tracking app for personal motivation. It helps users track habits they want to build, reduce or quit and visualize progress through daily streaks, milestones and motivational content.
Habit data can reveal potentially sensitive personal information, for example information about health-related routines, substance use, screen time or personal behavior. We therefore apply data minimization and avoid collecting habit data unless it is necessary for the feature used.
Locally stored habit data
In the current launch state, core habit tracking data is stored locally on the user's device. This can include habit names, categories, streak history, completion status, reminders and app settings.
Users are responsible for backing up device data where no sync or account feature is enabled. Deleting the app or device data may delete locally stored habit history.
Current account and cloud sync status
In the current launch state, StreakZZ does not require account creation, Apple Sign-In or external cloud sync for core habit tracking.
If account functions, Apple Sign-In or cloud sync are introduced later, this privacy policy will be updated before or at activation with provider details, data categories, purposes and legal basis.
Premium features and App Store payments
Paid features or subscriptions, where shown in StreakZZ, are handled by Apple through the App Store. Payments, billing, cancellation and refunds are processed by Apple. DMP / Christian Scott does not receive full payment card details.
We process purchase status, subscription entitlement and related technical identifiers only where needed to unlock premium features.
Notifications, analytics and crash reporting
If push notifications or reminders are enabled by the user, the app may process notification preferences and technical tokens required to deliver notifications. Users can disable notifications in the device settings.
In the current launch state, StreakZZ does not use personal analytics, crash reporting services or external backend sync. If these processing activities are introduced later, this policy will be updated before or at activation with provider details, purpose and legal basis.
No sale of data and no medical advice
We do not sell personal data. StreakZZ is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
Users should seek professional advice before making health-related decisions based on habit tracking or motivational content.
Deletion and retention
Locally stored data can usually be deleted by deleting habits, resetting app data or uninstalling the app. Because the current launch state does not require an account or cloud sync for core habit tracking, account deletion is not needed for locally stored habit data. If account or sync features are introduced later, users can request deletion through the in-app options where available or by contacting us.
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the features used, legal obligations or legitimate interests. Where technically possible, data is deleted or anonymized after the purpose no longer applies.
GDPR rights
Users in the EU/EEA have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority under the statutory conditions.
