StreakZZ Terms of Use

StreakZZ is provided by Christian Scott / Medienagentur dmp, Tannenweg 20, 35321 Laubach, Germany.

StreakZZ is intended for personal habit tracking, motivation and progress visualization. Users can track habits they want to build, reduce or quit and view streaks, milestones and motivational content.

StreakZZ does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice. The app is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, counseling or treatment.

We do not guarantee personal success, health improvement, habit change, relapse prevention or any specific outcome. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and behavior.

Users are responsible for entering appropriate information and understanding that StreakZZ stores the local profile and habit history only on the iPhone and paired Apple Watch. The app does not provide CloudKit, iCloud backup, DMP cloud sync or cloud restore for this data.

StreakZZ does not provide an app account or sign-in. An optional profile name remains local. Deleting the local profile removes the app-owned local data but does not cancel or remove App Store purchases.

Paid features or subscriptions, where made available in StreakZZ, are billed through Apple when purchases are made via the App Store.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple Account settings. Refund requests must be directed to Apple where Apple is responsible for payment processing.

We aim to provide a reliable app experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed, improved, limited or discontinued where reasonable, especially for security, technical, legal or product reasons.

Users may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts where prohibited by law, attempt unauthorized access or use StreakZZ in a way that infringes rights of others or applicable law.

Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory statutory liability. In other cases, liability is limited within the limits of German law.

German law applies where legally permissible. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
