StreakZZ Terms of Use

StreakZZ is provided by Christian Scott / Medienagentur dmp, Tannenweg 20, 35321 Laubach, Germany.

StreakZZ is intended for personal habit tracking, motivation and progress visualization. Users can track habits they want to build, reduce or quit and view streaks, milestones and motivational content.

StreakZZ does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice. The app is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, counseling or treatment.

We do not guarantee personal success, health improvement, habit change, relapse prevention or any specific outcome. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and behavior.

Users are responsible for entering appropriate information. On iOS, StreakZZ stores the local profile and habit history on the iPhone and paired Apple Watch. The app does not provide CloudKit, iCloud backup, DMP cloud sync or cloud restore for this data.

On Android, the profile and habit history are stored locally on the Android device. The current Android version has no cloud backup, built-in data export, Wear OS companion app or watch synchronization. There is no synchronization of habit data between iOS and Android.

StreakZZ does not provide an app account or sign-in. An optional profile name remains local. Deleting local data, uninstalling the app or losing the device can permanently remove the local history. Deleting the profile or app does not cancel subscriptions or remove purchases from the relevant store account.

StreakZZ may offer optional Pro features through monthly or annual subscriptions or a Lifetime one-time purchase. The available features, price, currency, billing period and renewal terms are shown in the app and the relevant store's purchase confirmation before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the terms displayed at purchase unless canceled through the relevant store. A Lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase without recurring subscription charges. The applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms also apply to purchases made through that store.

Purchases on iOS are processed through the Apple App Store using the user's Apple Account. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple Account settings. Refund requests for purchases processed by Apple can be submitted to Apple.

Purchases on Android are processed through Google Play Billing using the user's Google Account. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Uninstalling StreakZZ or deleting its local data does not cancel a subscription.

After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid subscription period. Refund requests can be submitted through Google Play under its applicable refund policies. Users can also contact us for help with purchases and refunds. Statutory withdrawal, refund and warranty rights remain unaffected.

Eligible purchases can be restored in StreakZZ using the same Apple Account or Google Account used for the original purchase in the relevant store. Restoring a purchase restores the associated Pro entitlement, not deleted profiles or habit history.

App Store and Google Play purchases are managed separately. StreakZZ currently does not transfer purchases or subscriptions between iOS and Android. A purchase in one store does not automatically unlock Pro in the other store.

We aim to provide a reliable app experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed, improved, limited or discontinued where reasonable, especially for security, technical, legal or product reasons.

Users may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts where prohibited by law, attempt unauthorized access or use StreakZZ in a way that infringes rights of others or applicable law.

Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory statutory liability. In other cases, liability is limited within the limits of German law.

German law applies where legally permissible. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
